Quality Assurance

We have an in born culture of quality consciousness, where innovation is encouraged and systems are strictly followed.

We have a self-regulating quality assurance department based at mills, to control the quality of product where each and every yarn lot is tested against given quality parameters.

We normally pursue American Inspection Standards (4 point system) and every inch of fabric is thoroughly checked/inspected by our skilled quality inspectors and confirmed by the quality assurance department. We also use the Japanese Inspection Standards (10 points system) depending on the requirement of the customer.

ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management System

ISO 9001:2008 contains the requirements that an organization should meet in order to get the certification of the Quality Management System. All the requirements in this standard are generic and are applicable to most types and sizes of the organizations.

SA 8000:2008 - Social Accountability

The code set by SA 8000:2008 standard is universal and it deals mostly with the labor conditions in the manufacturing facilities. This auditable standard is a third party verification system. The requirements set out by the system are voluntary and they need to be met by the employees in the workplace. SA8000 is designed to embrace existing international agreements, including International Labor Organization conventions, the Universal Declaration on Human Rights, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

EMS 14001:2004 - Environmental Management System

ISO 14001:2004 specifies requirements for an environmental management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, and information about significant environmental aspects.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is an international testing and certification system developed specifically for textiles. It limits the use of certain chemicals that are hazardous for humans in different forms. The test criteria and the related test methods are internationally standardized and these criteria and test methods are continuously updated based on the latest research carried out in the respective field.
Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certification shows the BBJan's commitment for using human friendly dyes and chemicals in product manufacturing.

GSV - Global Security Verification

GSV - Global Security Verification is a very important standard for a company like us which is highly export oriented. It is a global standard that incorporates supply chain security standards to secure trade, protect against terrorist weapons and to combat illegal trafficking.
