Since its inception in 1971, the group is committed to achieve business excellence. By business excellence, we do not mean only producing big numbers and showing profits on the income statement. According to us, business is a whole philosophy that is beyond all the physical barriers. It consists of all what we? How we do it? Why we do it? What are its implications towards all the stakeholders?
The quality of products speaks for themselves. We are thus always trying to produce the best products.

These products are representing us and in return it is our work that separates us from the rest of the pack.

Quality is our main focus and we also hold different certifications including ISO 9001: 2008 to ensure that we are following the international standards in this regard and the at the same time to assure our customers that we produce quality products.

Reliability is another value that we have ingrained in our culture. It is our reliability that has allowed us to keep pace with the international customers and always changing environment of the industry.
We have adapted to the changing environment and we have always been reliable enough to meet the requirements of our customers amicably.

At Be Be Jan, we are all committed towards sustainable business development. This explains the ideology of taking care about all the stakeholders. We often undermine the value of our society and environment but if we delve a bit deeper, we find out that we all owe to our society and our environment. They are in fact the biggest stakeholders related to our business. We are, therefore, always contributing to our environment and society.

The team at Be Be Jan is like a family and people here literally live like one big family. We nurture the culture of innovation and mistakes are considered as a learning opportunity but however, his does not mean that we are not strict about the policies and procedures. We believe that no organization can function well without following the standard operating procedures. Therefore, all the procedures are properly followed and anyone found bypassing these procedures is seriously penalized and it mostly results in the termination of the subject. The reason is very simple. We know that we exist because of our core values and if we will compromise them it can cause serious problems for the business.
